Capital increase for Amsa Assurances Senegal

Amsa Assurances Senegal has increased its capital. From 3.68 billion FCFA (6 311 200 USD ), the capitalization of the company should be raised to 5 billion FCFA (8 575 000 USD).

This increase in the company shareholder's equity will be achieved by incorporation of part of its reserves.

This capital increase has followed the decisions of the extraordinary general assembly held on May 4, 2016 in Dakar. Let's remind that the insurer already carried out a recapitalization of 690 million FCFA (1 183 350 USD ) in 2013.
