Cardif authorized to underwrites life insurance policies

Subsidiary of the French banking group BNP Paribas, Cardif has obtained the authorities' agreement to commercialise life insurance products.
In order to distribute its products, the company will be using the agencies' network set up by BNP Paribas and its other consumer loan subsidiary, Cetelem.
