Caribbean, hurricane Dean damages overestimated

Despite its category 5 ranking, Hurricane Dean which affected the Caribbean region and Mex-ico has not caused major losses. The rating agency Fitch ratings International estimates that the impact of the damage shall be reduced. According to first indications, the amount of losses should be comprised between 750 000 USD and 2 billion USD.
