China Life Insurance: results 2021

China Life Insurance has recorded a slight turnover increase of 1% in 2021. Written premiums went from 612.265 billion CNY (93.8 billion USD) in 2020 to 618.327 billion CNY (97.01 billion USD) in 2021.

Net income rose by 1.3% to 50.921 billion CNY (8 billion USD) against 50.257 billion CNY (7.7 billion USD) a year earlier.

As of 31 December 2021, net investment income reached 188.77 billion CNY (29.6 billion USD), which represents a 16% growth over one year.
