Colina pursues its extension in Ghana and Benin

By acquiring a majority stake in Beacon Insurance and Beacon Insurance Life, Colina sets foot, for the first time, in the Angolan market. This move was approved by the Ghanaian National Insurance Commission. It confirms the group's willingness to be present in all the high-potential markets of the African continent. In Benin, Colina gets shares in the capital of the non-life insurer, GAB. This transaction will has to get approval from the supervisory authorities of Benin and of CIMA.
