Consolidation of ACR Capital Holding’s activities

ACR Capital Holding has finalized the acquisition of Asia Capital Reinsurance Malaysia and of ACR ReTakaful Holdings. Prior to these transactions, ACR Capital Holdings had been in possession of respectively 30% and 20% stakes in those companies. The takeover includes that of ACR ReTakaful Berhad based in Kuala Lumpur and ACR ReTakaful MEA B.C.S based in Bahrain.

This consolidation is in keeping with the group’s long-term strategy which consists in improving the services provided to customers and the operational efficiency of all ACR operations.
