Continental Re opens a representation office in Nairobi

The Nigerian reinsurer has obtained license from the Kenyan authorities to open a representation office in Nairobi. This office shall cover all the countries situated in the southern and eastern zones of the continent except South Africa. Being immediately operational, the office will be run by George Nandy. Aged 62, George Nandy has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance sector. Before joining Continental Re, he had served at East Africa, Phoenix Assurance, Kenya Re and Lion of Kenya.
