Covid-19: Crédit Mutuel to cover the losses of two Parisian restaurant owners

credit mutuelFollowing a decision handed down by the Paris Commercial Court on 22 December 2021, Crédit Mutuel has been ordered to indemnify two restaurant owners.

The insurer is required to pay a total amount of 80 000 EUR (90 610 USD) to the two insured victims of business losses following the interruption of their activities due to Covid-19.
