Cyber insurance: partnership between Generali, Accenture and Vodafone Business

In partnership with Accenture and Vodafone Business, Generali is developing a set of cyber insurance services destined for businesses and SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises).

This strategic collaboration will enable the Italian insurer to help its clients understand their risk profile and define the most suitable cyber products for them.

The proposed solutions include cyber risk assessments, phishing simulations and cyber threat learning programs.

Generali's initiative aims to strengthen the customers' ability to protect themselves against cyber-attacks, quickly recover their data and mitigate the consequences of hacking.

In addition to the three partners, Europ Assistance will serve as a point of contact for the Italian group's customers. The company will offer 24/7 assistance to help customers identify and manage a cyber-attack.

The services will be available in Europe starting 2022 and will subsequently be extended to the rest of the world.
