Daman willing to hire more Emiratis

The National Health Insurance Company (Daman) has announced the start of an insurance training program with a view to increase the number of Emirati nationals within its staff. This plan will provide Abu Dhabi and Al Ain students with a combination of academic studies in insurance fundamentals together with general business skills and professional training at Daman. Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry will provide the theoretical courses. At the end of this program, the participants will have the opportunity to join Daman as full-time employees.
