David Watson promoted CEO of XL Re Europe at Dublin

David Watson, former General Manager of XL Re London, has been promoted to the post of Chairman of the new entity XL Re Europe in Dublin. It is Mark Berry who will, henceforth, be entrusted with the post of General Manager of the London branch.
