Death of Hadj Tahar Soufi, Chairman of CIAR

Hadj Tahar Soufi, founder and chairman of the Board of Directors of CIAR (Compagnie Internationale d'Assurance et de Réassurance), has died on 4 July 2021.

In 1995, Soufi created the first private capital insurance company in the Algerian market.
