Death of Mehdi Tibah, former regional director of Africa Re Casablanca

Mehdi Tibah, former regional director of Africa Re, Casablanca, died in Algiers on October 28th, 2018 at the age of 81.

Mehdi Tibah, who was courteous and amiable, began his insurance career at CAAR where he held the position of Transport Manager. Regarded as one of the best transport specialists in Algeria, M.Tibah then joined the newly-created CCR Alger. In the early 1980s, M. Tibah left Algeria to settle in Casablanca where he was appointed Regional Director of Africa Re's branch for North Africa.

Upon his retirement, M. Tibah went back to Algeria where he was no longer active.
