Debate on the system of managing agricultural catastrophes risks

During insurance national days, a debate has been initiated between the Ministry of Finance and the Caisse National de Mutualité Agricole (CNMA) on the creation of a tool for the risk management of agricultural disasters similar to the system in place for the insurance of natural catastrophes.
