Equitas, threatened of bankruptcy

Equitas, the reinsurer which assumed Names' debts, is in danger of bankruptcy. The complaints filed for the settlements of the cases related to asbestos in the U.S.A could get as high as 10 billion USD, well above Equitas reserves which cannot exceed 6 billion USD.
