Exorbitant insurance cost for expatriates

Health insurance costs have risen from 20% to 60% during the past two years, pushing expatriates to think twice before renewing their policy. Henceforth, this phenomenon will affect the companies (group insurance policies purchased by employers) who have seen these costs grow from 15% to 20% during the same period. In Dubai, the authorities are considering the possibility of drafting a law to better regulate health insurance.
