Expansion strategy on the Asian market

Within the framework of its expansion strategy on the Asian market, the Bahrain-based company Solidarity has announced its imminent creation of a joint-venture with Malaysia Assurance Alliance Berhad (MAA). The new entity is expected to submit application for a license that will enable it to operate on Malaysia's Takaful insurance segment.
