Expected reduction of premiums

The 100 million AUD (103.7 million USD) plan established by local authorities to mitigate the intensity of floods could lead to a significant decrease of insurance tariffs. This reduction depends on the effectiveness of the measures taken. In light of the analyses carried out in the states of New South Wales and Queensland where the works have been completed, reduction could be up to 70% of the current premiums.
