FSSA has organized a seminar

The Senegalese federation of insurance companies (FSSA) has organized in association with motor fund (FGA) and the “pool of public passengers' transport” a seminar on the use of the claim notification form and the indemnification of bodily injury. In light of the low level of tariffs, unchanged since 1994, and the rising cost of claims, the business representatives are calling to have the motor legal liability to be revalued accordingly. The seminar's proceedings also tackled the evaluation of the CIMA code's dealing with the concerns of each of the parties involved in the process of claims settlements.
