Gamification in insurance: partnership between STAR and CEED Tunisia

STAR AssurancesThe Société Tunisienne d'Assurances et de Réassurances (STAR) and the non-governmental organization CEED Tunisia (The Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development) are launching a competition for Tunisian fintechs.

The goal is to develop a gamification application and an online customer space for the settlement and tracking of individual savings.

Gamification is a marketing practice that uses game mechanisms. It is essentially based on a gratification system that rewards an individual according to his level of performance.

The objective is to motivate the employee and develop customer loyalty.
