GAT Assurances: results 2019

GAT Assurances recorded a net result of 12.85 million TND (4.58 million USD) in 2019, up by 58% in comparison with the 8.13 million TND (2.7 million USD) of 2018.

The Tunisian insurer's turnover amounted to 171 million TND (61.03 million USD) against 174.6 million TND (58 million USD) a year earlier, decreasing by 2.06%. The non-life activity accounts for 98% of the turnover.

The company's shareholder’s equity increased by 6.7% and was set at 93.487 million TND (33.37 million USD). The capital remains unchanged at 45 million TND (16.06 million USD).

GAT Assurances is at the head of a group including companies operating in various activities such as life insurance with GAT Vie (formerly Amina), real estate with GAT Immobilier and GAT Promotion Immobilière and GAT Investissement.
