General assembly of the Mediterranean federation of insurance brokers (FMBA)
The general assembly of the Mediterranean federation of insurance brokers (FMBA) was held on 26 November, 2016 in Marrakech. The meeting took place under the auspices of Hassen Boubrik, chairman of the insurance and social security supervisory authority (ACAPS). Bachir Baddou, general manager of the Moroccan federation of insurance and reinsurance (FMSAR), and Jacques Cessac, chairman of FMBA.
The discussions were focused on the role of FMBA in the training of regional brokers in addition to the status of the Moroccan insurance market. The meeting provided the opportunity to announce the establishment of a network of Mediterranean brokers.
