Générale des Assurances launches a new motor product

Générale des Assurances (GA) has released a new motor product called "Maxi Auto Protection (MAP)".

The new coverage is designed for owners of vehicles of less than eleven years old with a total weight of up to 3.5 tons.

A rapid compensation within 24 hours can be provided for claims amounting to 500 000 FCFA (893.61 USD) or less.

The solution offers fourteen coverages, including seven new ones: mechanical breakdowns repair, zero deductible, total loss, assistance with the report, towing, trip continuity and vehicle replacement.

The classic coverages include: theft, fire, glass breakage, legal defence, comprehensive third party, transported person and third-party liability.

The MAP contract is currently available in Ouagadougou and Bobo-Dioulasso. It will shortly be introduced in other cities in the country.
