Generali: reorganization plan presentation

Generali CEO Philippe Donnet will present on 27 January 2021 a reorganization plan for the group.

P. Donnet is aiming to make the group more efficient and to accelerate the strategy's implementation in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

As a result of the of the new plan execution, the General Manager of the Italian insurer Frédéric de Courtois may have to step down. Tim Ryan, Chief Investment Officer, may also leave the group.
