Global Cyber Alliance begins its operations

Global Cyber Alliance (GCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against cyber risks. The first meeting of its strategic committee has recently been held in New York.

This committee is composed of representatives of 42 companies from various economic sectors and governments of four countries: Canada, United States, France and Great Britain.

Its mission is to identify systemic cyber risks requiring urgent solutions. The next step is to bring together specialists able to identify, implement a solution and measure the effects of the implemented actions.

The first meeting has identified four risk categories which will be discussed by working groups: fishing, risks related to identity authentication mechanisms, those from vulnerable websites and denial of service attacks.
