Group Saham's latest acquisition has consolidated its shareholders' equity. The company is benefiting from a plan designed to upgrade its shareholders' equity set up on two operations: A capital increase of 500 million MAD (67 million USD), reserved to CNIA (subsidiary of the group Saham) and a repayable loan, without interests, of 800 million MAD (108 million USD). Following these moves, Essaâda's capital has reached 1.04 billion MAD (142 million USD) while shareholders' equity is amounting to 1.8 billion MAD (243 million USD).
