Groupama: new acquisition in Bulgaria

Groupama has acquired 100% of Express Life Insurance. The acquisition, which will be completed in 2020, was carried out through the Bulgarian subsidiary of the French insurer.

The transaction is expected to enable Groupama to double its share on the local market and rank third in credit insurance and fifth in accident.
