According to the firm MarketLine, this rate is expected to fall to 5.1% during the 2016-2021 period. At this rate, brokerage activity is expected to reach 54.8 billion USD by 2021.
Strong growth in the US market, which accounts for 63% of global revenues, pulled the 2016 results. The Chinese market also recorded significant annual average growth of 16.2% over the 2012-2016 period.
