Gulf Insurance chooses a new reinsurance program in 2010

The 2010 reinsurance program of Gulf Insurance comprises the group's six companies: Gulf Insurance Company (Kuwait), Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company (Bahrain), Arab Orient Insurance Company (Jordan), Arab Misr Insurance Group (Egypt), Syrian Kuwaiti Insurance Company (Syria) and Fajr Al Gulf Insurance (Lebanon). This new program has been outlined to take advantage of the size and the geographic diversification of the whole portfolio. Gulf Insurance has also opted for the transfer of part of its proportional coverage into non-proportional one. Guy Carpenter is the leading broker of this program.
