He gets a 40-year driving prohibition after being arrested 28 times without any insurance

Sean Coss, may see his name in the Guinness Book of records. Aged 25, Mr. Coss has already committed 121 road traffic violations, 22 of which for not having a driving license and 28 for no insurance.

The Portlaoise court in Ireland, had sentenced him to a five months' imprisonment and a driving ban for 20 years, a decision appealed by S. Coss. On appeal, the period of driving prohibition has doubled to 40 years without any possibility of reducing the sentence.

The S. Coss's record is close to that of Mohammed Ahsan. This 20-year-old Englishman was given an 80-year driving ban by the Manchester District Court after committing a series of traffic offenses that resulted in a police chase and in an accident.
