Hollard Seguros MozambiqueHollard Seguros Mozambique has secured regulatory approval for the acquisition of International Commercial and Engineering (ICE) Seguros.

The transaction makes Hollard the largest non-life insurer in Mozambique with a turnover of over 6.2 billion MZN (96.18 million USD).
