Ibrahima Sheikh Diong, new General Manager of ARC

Ibrahima Cheikh Diong is elected the General Manager of African Risk Capacity (ARC), for a 4-year term.

I.C Diong has over 30 years of experience in management and consulting in Africa, Asia, Europe and the United States.

He is the founder and president of the consulting company Africa Consulting and Trading (ACT Africa Group/Dakar).

In 2007, I.C. Diong held the post of Minister, Special Advisor to the President of Senegal.
