Imminent settlement of Euler Hermes in Togo

The French insurer Euler Hermes has announced its intention to get established in Togo. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed yet.

Euler Hermes, the world leader in credit insurance with a 34% share of the world market, is already present in more than 50 countries. At the end of September 2016, the insurance company posted a turnover of 1.9 billion EUR (2.1 billion USD).

Should its project to settle in Togo to be carried out, Euler Hermes would become the first credit insurer to evolve in this market where there are already 12 insurance companies.
