Introduction of CAAR on the stock exchange in 2016

The Compagnie Algérienne d’Assurance et de Réassurance (CAAR), is actively preparing its initial public offering as the company plans to open its capital up to 25%.

It is Ernst & Young that has been entrusted with the task of carrying out this operation. The work of the consulting firm will begin with a study phase lasting approximately four months with the aim of determining the value of the share.

CAAR will then seek to obtain authorization from the organising committee for stock exchange monitoring operations (COSOB).
This first phase is poised to be completed by the end of first quarter 2016. It will be followed by a "Road Show," with investors. If the initial schedule is met, the entire operation will be concluded by the end of June 2016.
