James Nash, new President and CEO of AIG Japan

James Nash has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AIG Japan effective as of January 2021.

J. Nash began his career in 1985 with Guy Carpenter, a subsidiary of the brokerage firm Marsh & McLennan. During his 35-year career, he held several management positions and had a 15-year presence in Japan.

The newly promoted executive will be based in Tokyo and will report to Jon Hancock, CEO of American Insurance Group (AIG) in charge of international relations.

J. Nash will replace Robert Noddin, who is retiring.
