Launch of a draft motor insurance scheme specifically designed for Gulf countries

The Gulf Insurance Federation has approved the draft for the establishment of a unique motor insurance policy.

All insurance companies in the countries involved took part in this initiative by providing suggestions and recommendations. The policy in question should not require amendment of the local insurance codes. The implementation of this policy is planned for the end of 2013.
