Liberty Holdings acquires a 75% stake in UNIC Insurance
The South African company Liberty Holdings has acquired 75% of the capital of the Nigerian insurer UNIC Insurance. The amount of the transaction is 160 million ZAR (12 million USD).
This operation is part of the expansion strategy of the South African insurer in West Africa.
