Marketing of two new insurance products

The year 2009 will be characterized by the marketing of two new insurance products: “documentary credit insurance” and “investment credit insurance”. Both products are targeting banks which finance Algerian exports and investments abroad or those achieved by foreigners operating in Algeria.
The covers provided by CAGEX in 2008 amount to 9.9 billion DZD (145.9 million USD). This figure has increased by 8% in comparison with 2007.
