Merger between ALJIBC and StarCare Insurance Brokers

Abdul Latif Jameel Insurance Brokerage Company (ALJIBC) and StarCare Insurance Brokers, two Saudi brokers, have agreed to merge. The aim is to establish one of the largest insurance brokerage companies in the Kingdom.

The merged entity will operate under the name of Abdul Latif Jameel Insurance. It shall be managed by Turki Alsudairy, CEO of StarCare Insurance Brokers.
