Munich Re hopes to improve its brand image

Last March 19, Munich Re's Chairman has presented to his staff members a program designed to modernise corporate culture, deemed too bureaucratic. It is about redefining working positions and improving the group's image. The bonus allocated to the staff members will be dependent on performance.
