New reinsurance company, ACR ReTakaful Holdings Limited

Dubai group has announced the establishment of a new reinsurance company named ACR ReTakaful Holdings Limited endowed with a capital of 1 billion AED (272 million USD).
ACR ReTakaful Holdings is a joint venture which includes Dubai Group, the Malaysian Khazanah Nasional Bhd and the group from Singapore Asia Capital Reinsurance (ACR). The company shall deal with non-life insurance only.
