Requirements:

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Management and other related fields.
• Minimum of 5-7 years retail sales experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to manage and retain a sales force of 20-25 Sales Agents
• NAICOM Agency proficiency would be an added advantage
• Must have lived within the recruiting region for at least 2 years
