The customers are directly connected to a garage following the digital notification of the claims. The validation of certain repairs is henceforth possible online within few hours.

The experts are equipped with digital tools allowing them to assess the damage based on information that is easily accessible on the Cloud. In addition, customers will be kept informed through automated SMS notifications at every stage of the process.

This new system also contributes in eliminating more than one million paper prints per year.
