One step further towards no fault motor insurance

The new motor insurance bill on a no fault basis has been submitted to the parliament last February 3. The new legislation should redefine the sums and the terms for the compensations to be disbursed to the victims of road accidents. These indemnifications will target road accidents' victims regardless to fault, unless the victim driver is under the influence of alcohol. Bodily compensations will no longer be paid in cash, but through medical care with thresholds and ceiling to the benefits.
