Partnership between Wafa Assurance and ESSEC Business School Africa

On 26 March 2021, Wafa Assurance and ESSEC Business School Africa signed a five-year partnership agreement. The latter deals with the launch of a training and development program for managerial skills.

The objective is to train 30 managers and executives as well as 150 employees of the Moroccan group. The program includes two training paths:

• WAFA Emerging Leaders for executives and young leaders.
• WAFA Advanced Management for senior managers and senior executives.

The first two classes will start the training in April 2021.

Established in April 2017, ESSEC Africa is based in Rabat, Morocco.
