Purchase of Marocaine Vie's stakes

The buyback of Marocaine Vie's shares, detained by minority shareholders was closed on February 13, 2009. The offer was about 237 555 shares, that is, 12.93% of the capital for a total amount of 83.14 million MAD (9.702 million USD). Set at 350 MAD (40.8 USD) per share, the purchase was a success. At the close of the operation, the Société Générale and its subsidiary Sogecap are respectively holders of 32.56% and 67.44% of Marocaine Vie's capital.
