Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving business targets as per budgeted plan
- Conceptualize, prioritize and implement business development strategies for prospective clients/brokers and deeper market penetration
- Design and develop bestclient slutions, lead negociations and close deals within mandate
- Grw the portfolio and to ensure a business mix consistent with agreed objectives
- Ensure exceptional customer service to brkoers and directclients
- Reviewing broker performance monthly to ensure an action plan is in place to achieve the required targets during the year
- Taking ownership of the reveivables of the assigned brokers to ensure that the broker accounts are in order as per finance guidelines
- Act as a brand ambassador ensuring the brand value of RAK Insurance is emphasized through excellent service and great managmenet
Requirements :
- Preferred bacherlor's degree
- Ideally minimum 5 years in a similar role with a board insurance understanding
- Excellent communication skills
