Tunisia, record profit for AMI Assurances in 2015

The Tunisian insurance company AMI Assurances has published its financial statements at 31 December 2015. In twelve months, the insurer has managed to double its net income that reached 12.04 million TND (5.9 million USD) in 2015 against 5.8 million TND (3.12 million USD) in 2014.

As for the company's turnover, it grew by 11.5% going from 123.9 million TND (66.7 million USD) in 2014 to 138.2 million TND (68.4 million USD) in 2015.

Finally, the company's shareholders' equity increased from 6.9 million TND (3.7 million USD) in 2014 to 52.1 million TND (25.8 million USD) in 2015, following the reversal of previous losses of 30.986 million TND (15.326 million USD) by the available reserves of 52.493 million TND (25.965 million USD).

It is worth reminding that AMI Assurances is seeking a foreign strategic partner whose participation in the company's capital should amount to 33%.
