Reforms should positively affect all operators

According to an analyst from the international rating agency Standard & Poor's, the completion of the reform process by January 2008 is likely to affect in a significant way all of the operators. Among the expected effects, we note the volatility of tariffs and customers relations, the entry on the scene of new operators and the vanishing of the insurers who have failed to obtain the required licenses.
