Reorganization of CICA-Re's legal cession

On the occasion of the 10th general meeting of CICA-Re, held on October 5th, 2018 in Paris, important decisions were taken, including the reorganization of the legal cession.

The reorganization consists in reducing the cession rate on treaty from 15% to 10% combined with the introduction of a 5% transfer rate for all insurance companies, with the exception of the health class of business and premiums related to savings in life insurance contracts.

This resolution will come into effect on January 1st, 2020.
